YTP25-TX-2012 intelligent graphite digestion furnace/digester is used to digest samples under normal pressure, using isostatic pressed high-purity graphite, which is acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant, easy to operate, and has a large batch size for sample processing. It can also be paired with a microwave digestion instrument for pre-treatment or acid removal after microwave digestion, making it an ideal product for analytical instruments such as atomic absorption, atomic fluorescence, ICP-AES, etc.

The uniformly heated heating element uses isostatic pressed high-purity graphite with superior thermal conductivity to ensure temperature uniformity between each digestion hole, with a temperature difference between holes of less than ± 3.0 ℃.

Program controlled large screen LCD intelligent program temperature control, realizing program heating and controlling heating holding time, automatically stopping heating after completing the heating program. Up to 100 heating programs can be set.
Energy saving and efficient use of unique heating and insulation methods, saving more than 30% energy compared to similar products. Up to 40 samples can be processed simultaneously, greatly improving work efficiency.
Anti corrosion design graphite thermal conductive material, the surface is not afraid of strong acid and alkali corrosion. The connecting components are made of anti-corrosion materials, and the chassis is treated with anti-corrosion spray coating to resist harsh corrosive environments. The host box and controller are separate, and the control part is placed outside the display window through a 2-meter data cable to prevent corrosion of delicate electronic components.
The temperature correction adopts a temperature parameter correction design, and the temperature probe accurately detects temperature changes and can correct the displayed sample reaction temperature, achieving what you see is what you measure (the temperature displayed on the temperature control panel is the actual sample reaction temperature).
